Nancy and Bill Wyatt

We can't thank Nancy Wyatt enough for all she did on the sale of our Big Bear home. This was our second escrow with Nancy and Bill, and I don’t think you can beat this team. Nancy answers the phone when I call, if not, Bill was there to handle business. Nancy was always quick to call back or answer emails and always had the answer. The communication between us was the best. I highly recommend Nancy and Bill Wyatt for your Real Estate needs. They are a hardworking, knowledgeable team that will work for you.

I am a first-time home buyer. Somehow in only two days, Nancy found the perfect home. It was amazing! Throughout the purchasing process, Nancy was not only quick and responsive, but she also anticipated my needs--and had my back when I overlooked a major discrepancy or whenever there was anything out-of-order with other parties involved in the transaction. Her experience is valuable, and her resourcefulness is unmatched. At one point when there was an impasse involving paperwork, Nancy came to the rescue and got the process back on track. She is highly pro-active, takes the initiative, and went above and beyond, surpassing my expectations. I am deeply in gratitude for all the work and dedication she put into helping me acquire my first home and remain forever thankful.
