Nanci helped guide us through the selling process. She was highly available to answer any questions we had and clearly explained our options when we had choices to make. She is extremely knowledgeable about buying and selling properties. We have used her for both and been very satisfied.

We were selling our first house, we had lived there for over 20 years but we had been renting it out for the last two. So while nice, the house was a bit dated and some wear and tear needed to be refreshed. We trusted her judgement in what upgrades would give us the best return for our money in a market showing some signs of slowing down. By the time the house was done, it had never looked better. Targeted changes made the house feel new, more like a house just built rather than one 23 years old. This generated lots of positive showings and offers greater than our asking price. Once under contract she worked hard to manage inspection objections and keep the sale on track. We were very impressed with her knowledge and ability to move quickly to solve concerns. In the end our faith in her abilities paid off, we closed with a sale price higher than our expectations (and more than the bigger house next door). Nanciann was the difference maker in our extremely positive outcome, and we would recommend her to anybody.
