Best Experience Ever!
Nanci knows her real estate! She is quick to respond, is a GREAT negotiator, and fun to work with. I had fired a previous realtor who I didn't feel had my best interests at heart, when selling my home. I asked her if she could take over and she did NOT disappoint! Her recommendations, on updates, to get top dollar were spot on. I would definitely recommend Nanci to friends and family.
