Tina Yang is professional, passionate, trustworthy and nice to work with. She understands our wants and needs, always answers our questions and very well-organized on the showing schedules. She helped us to know the pros and cons of the houses during the showing and most importantly helped us to get the home we like most, beat all other competitive offers with her experiences and great communication skills and our purchase price was even lower than the appraisal! To make sure the appraisal went well, she even personally bought smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms and personally delivered to house to remind Seller to install them before appraisal.
