Nan worked tirelessly finding us properties, both land and existing homes to look at. As soon as a property appeared on the market we might be interested in Nan contacted us and scheduled a viewing. Most times our viewings were the first viewings of the properties allowing us a chance at potentially making the first offer. Nan found us the perfect home and worked hard to negotiate our purchase of the property. He worked tirelessly to ensure all the details were in place allow us to close in 30 days. What is so special about Nan is that he is always “one step ahead” of everyone. The first day we met we went to see 6 homes. The next day @7:30am (on Sunday) he sent me a text and by 10:30am we were walking through another beautiful home. I closed on this home 6 weeks later. He gets to know his customers face-to-face and explains what the buyer needs to know in simple terms.
