We had such a great experience with Nan, who helped us to find our primary home in Sarasota, that we asked her also to help us find a condo for our son. In both cases, she did extensive, careful market research (including all due diligence) and identified several locations that met our complicated and special needs. Nan also provided much valuable assistance and advice with the various walk-throughs, inspections, etc. and was present for and spoke up when needed at the two real estate closings. She really cares and is someone we trust absolutely. We recommend her without reservation.
