Nan is the absolute best. Hire her if you want to purchase a home in the greater Williamsburg Area. She knows her stuff! We got into a last-minute bidding competition with another potential buyer and Nan out-maneuvered them. We were able to buy the home of our dreams.
Nan encouraged me through this whole process and when I was discouraged she brought reality back into prospective. I could have walked but she reminded me of what I was trying to accomplish and Nan made me see things maybe I did not want to accept but in the end the deal pulled together.
