Nan McLendon managed the sale of our house brilliantly. Because I lived out-of-town when we listed, Nan served as point-person, helping me find a contractor, coordinate repairs, and showcase our home in a challenging market. When a party showed interest, she consulted on pricing, advising an adjustment at just the right time to make the initial sale. Then during the due diligence period, again, she provided timely advice and help. Once more she arranged consultation with a contractor about inspection repairs and then negotiated all the final details to bring the sale to a mutually happy close. I can't praise Nan enough.
