One of them is always available and they have fabulous communication so if one is not reachable you still get a quick response from the other. The follow-up to get through all of the due diligence was great and they offered great recommendations to quality individuals for additional inspections, quotes, and services that we needed before closing. Would definitely work with them again in the future and highly recommend.
