We were a first time home buyer and had a very limited knowledge of the ins and outs of the realty business. Nan was there all throughout the process from home viewing to the closing. Her market knowledge was topnotch, the communication line was always open even on weekends (she was always available for consultation). She promptly replied to emails and text messages and had ready answers to our queries. Nan was meticulous to the core when it came to the contract provisions, numbers and letters. When something was off, she would point it out to us and would recommend the best course action to take. We genuinely felt she was working for the best buy possible. If for some reason she was unavailable, Mandy was there to fill in with the same expertise. Without their exemplary professionalism and commitment, we would probably still be looking for a home until now.
