Nan has helped my husband & I from the very beginning. We started searching for homes in the Owensville area around August or September. She got in contact with us right away; she was very responsive. She showed me the house we were looking into purchasing right away. My husband & I knew it was the perfect house for our family. Because it was our first time purchasing a home, she helped us understand the process more. She was very responsive with the questions we had. There were issues with my purchase and Nan was golden with the negotiations and resolving those issues. She has helped my nephew, sister and daughter find properties.

I have to say Nan is the best in what she does in Realty. I have purchased a home years ago through Nan, and just recently purchased a new home with Nan's help. The knowledge,negotiation skills and determination. I cannot leave out the caring she has for her clients. The priority she sets for you as a client is by far over the top.
