When I first met with NAHIDA, we’ve discussed all options and possibilities that may arise during the process of selling my investment property. Surely, the process was not as smooth as we both have expected due to unforeseen credit issues on the other side as well as appraisal. I had almost given up, but Nahida calls/messages me on a daily basis to make sure I’m ok and not to give up hope. When we finally reached the end of the tunnel, again, we met again to discuss the escrow process, the fees involved, taxes and net proceeds.
