Nahid went above and beyond from start to finish to land us our first home. Recognizing that we were first time buyers she was very thorough, thoughtful, patient and to the point. When we first started, she really took the time to understand what exactly my wife and I were looking for. We then heard from her as soon as a listing that checked out boxes popped up no matter what day or time which enabled us to see the houses quickly and move quick. This was the very reason we were able to close on our dream home all within a month. Once we let her know that we liked the house, she worked around the clock to make sure the best offer was put together. Her 20+ years of experience was evident as she went straight to the selling agent and got us an answer within 24 hours. Once in escrow, she was extremely thorough and walked us through each step which can be extremely overwhelming and intimidating. She even spent the time to find the perfect home inspector and termite inspector within the contingency period to make sure that we dont run into any surprises. I was most impressed with her ability to manage our expectations while delivering. At the final walk through, the listing agent even mentioned that she is one of the best buyers agent he has ever worked with. Lastly, once we closed escrow, she continues to check in and be available any time of day for issues such as home warranty, repairs as well as helping find the best vendor for home projects such as re-keying the house, drapes/shades, fencing etc. Overall, Nahid treated us like family and we could not be more appreciative of her hard work. Her experience in combination with her drive to do the right thing for her clients is downright impressive and I cannot wait to work with her in the future again!
