An Amazing Realtor

From listing the property to handling all the paperwork to deciding on which buyer to go with, Nadia was a great person to have in my corner. I appreciated her market insight, her immediate attention and response to my questions and her ability to navigate my unique situation. Last year, I sold my investment property in a small town outside of Philadelphia, PA. Nadia was my realtor and she was absolutely amazing. The home was on the market for about 2.5 weeks. I needed a quick sale/closing and she delivered. Her market analysis was impressively accurate given the market conditions at the time. We had a good number of potential buyers view the property in the short time it was on the market. Ultimately there were three buyers that placed an offer. While I never dealt with a multi-offer situation before, Nadia had. She gave me all the important details regarding the offers so I could make the right decision for my situation. At no point, from listing to closing, did I every feel pressure from her regarding the decisions I had to make. She acted much like an advisor than your typical Realtor. She brought to me ideas and actions, many I hadn't thought of before. It was helpful and I will say that I used nearly every suggestion she gave me, particularly the ones she noted during her pre-walk of the home. Thanks Again Nadia! I definitely recommend you :)
