Nadine was great since the beginning of our house selling and house buying journey about 2 years ago. She told us what we needed to do to get the most money from our sale so we we have more money to put down on our purchase. We listed our home for more than expected, and it sold in a matter of days, for full price. We spent many hours emailing and texting back and forth, trying to find our perfect home. Once we did, she was there every step of the way with us. She even came to my home one night, after I got out of work, and helped me to understand my new contact. This was a very stressful time for me, but she did everything she could to help me understand all tje numbers, the whole process. She also acted as a go between between my bank and attorney and was a great asset. She even came toy new home, once we closed, and helped me and my husband understand our well, we've always been connected to city water.
