When I say Nadine is the best realtor in Tampa literally she's the best hands down ! I couldn't be more pleased and grateful that I was able to work with her on selling and buying new home at the same time ???? . She's prime example she will get the job done by any means ! Year back I had such bad experiences with 2 realtors prior to her in trying to sell my house in the market . No communication no showings . I was ready to give up and that's when Nadine came to rescue she listen on what I wanted and executed what no other realtor could do in less than 30 days in selling and buying my house . Literally 2nd week of having my house in the Market with her I got an offer accepted for my house and next following day I was under contract with my new home . She is the best in negotiating and locking them contracts so effortlessly within the same day . Also if there was any little hurdle in the way she will do what's necessary to get the job done .
