Nadine is the best at what she does

When we were looking for a vacation home 9 years ago we used Nadine Magazu and were extremely happy to work with her in finding such a wonderful house for us. Fast forward to the selling side of that same house this year, and we definitely wanted to list the house with Nadine. Nadine was a pleasure to work with, she handled so much that we couldn't do from a distance, and everything she did was top notch. From staging the house and marketing it, to handling negotiations between us and the buyers, to coordinating loose ends prior to the sale, she was great. Nadine is very knowledgeable and extremely diligent in her work ethic. She made the bittersweet process of selling our vacation home very painless and easy. We've dealt with several realtors over the years selling our primary and investment houses in CT, and none even compared to our experience with Nadine.
