nadine is always prompt and thinks ahead when working on buying or selling. in purchasing a home, she found those that were appropriate and got me in to see them very quickly. her advice led to my purchasing ahome that i loved despite 7 other bids. she was also able to sell the home that i was in within a week of it going on the market. she knows real estate in her locale very well, deals extremely well with other realtors, and negotiated extremely well on my behalf. she truly goes the extra mile when it comes to helping her clients to go through all the complexities of buying and selling. i could not recommend her more highly.

I was very happy that I chose to work with Nadine. She listened carefully to what we wanted in a new home, and she chose places to show us that fell within those guidelines (we did not have a huge budget, and she respected that entirely).
