We lived in Phoenix and sold our house to be closer to family. We checked out homes in Zillow. Nadia Smidi was the realtor that called us right away to help us. Nadia was very informative about the housing market in this area. She answered all of our questions and was available whenever we had a question. She was never pushy and worked with us at our "speed". Nadia asked us alot of questions about what we were looking for. She gave us information regarding financing in this area. She took our list and checked out homes with my brother and his wife with us on video so we could see the homes as they viewed them live as they went through the homes. Since we've moved here Nadia has followed up with us to make sure our move went smoothly and assured us that she was here for us with any questions or needs. She was pregnant and delivered her baby during our moving process and was still there for us for any support. We love being close to family. We love Findlay! Our neighbors and neighborhood is wonderful. Nadia has helped make our move and moving experience a great experience! We love the personal hometown love and care we received! We feel like we are finally "home" and feel very comfortable. It's been 8 months since the move and Nadia still checks in on us to make sure we are "settling" in ok and everything is going well.

Nadia was absolutely amazing to work with, we didnt get to work with her for very long but it is a GOOD thing. We actually found a house shortly after we even started to look and she was so understanding of anything and everything we needed and while having children come with us during the talk with the inspector she even helped alot by distracting the kiddos so we were able to pay attention to the inspector. She went above and beyond and could not have asked for a better realtor for this new journey we have started! When we went to certain houses she was able to tell us straight forward about certain things we asked and we loved that. Thank you so much Nadia and we highly recommend this agent!

With it being my first time buying a house I had butterflies and extremely high stress levels. Nadia worked with me through every question I had; and there were quite a few. I work late nights and she would give me all the answers and information I needed outside of regular work hours which really showed me she’s dedicated to her craft.
