Our experience with Nadene was very positive. We simply told her what our requirements were and she sent the listings she thought we would be interested in. We reviewed them chose those we wanted to visit. My wife was particular so it was a lengthy process. Our first offer was accepted and we did everything necessary ( inspection, appraisal, wired down payment etc. ) only to not be able to get insurance because of improper repair on the roof. With this, Nadene did not exhibit and disappointment with representing us. We will give her an A+ rating as a realtor, a professional and a person.
