I have been working with Nada for about 6 years. I'm a house flipper from NJ. I sent a bunch of mails to agents, but I believe she was the only one who responded to my mail. She would not ignore your phone calls and emails for any questions ( Plz it does not mean you should bother the agent every hour lol ) She was born and raised from the Schuylkill County and worked in this industry for a very long time. That's being said, she's knowledgeable, smart and has many connections. Many home buyers seem to have a bitter feeling towards their first agents, but Agents are simply a middle person who makes the deal go smooth and does a paperwork.
