Initial phone call from Nada was around 830pm on a Friday from an email I sent on a listing. Not only called us for the first time that night but was able to set the appointment up for Saturday afternoon. Nada dealt with calls as soon as places came on the market. We gave her a challenge to find a new home for us and sell ours and set closing so we could move on signing. She gave us a punch list for our house to show the best. We were happy to do the things she asked and said its on you now. In the mean time after seeing about 12 places we decided to make an offer on a place and ours was not even up and listed yet. Again on a Saturday morning early before she put the offer in on the condo we thought we wanted. She set up a showing for us to see another condo we had seen on line. We all fell in love with it move in ready. Here's the best part her negotiation skills. She not only got them to sign a contract for us to buy it she was able to negotiate $10,000 off for us. With the contingency of the sale of our home. Wow! Her Touch down was had open house Superbowl weekend (what man wants to look at houses the weekend of a big game). By the end of the first showing she had 3 written offers 5 by Saturday morning. 3 over asking price of the house that we thought was set a little high. She reviewed the offers with us and we were signed within a day. Can't say enough about how hard she worked. She even had the flu at one point still took care of all our calls and had another agent meet us for a showing. Awesome job.

We couldn’t have been happier working with anyone else. Nada from the first contact was very attentive and willing to listen to our needs. By the way the first contact was after 7 pm on a Friday night to schedule a showing for a Saturday. We changed our mind from houses to condos and she stepped up to the plate and hit a home run.
