I would recommend Terri to anyone buying or selling. Terri did an outstanding job in selling our house. Terri made sure she brought in the right clients to view our property. When I met Terri she told me " I will sell your house ". After the offer had been accepted by us, Terri brought her clients and us together for a meeting. In doing this we made some great friends with the buyers and were comfortable knowing our property would be going into good hands. We also made a good friend in Terri. Terri went out of her way to check on our property since we had relocated to our new area. Terri sent us information on the condition of the house and checked to make sure the furnace was running as should since we could not be available to check in on it. Over seven years ago, Terri helped us buy our house in Grand Rapids. We were happy with her service, so we used her again when we decided to move to FL. She exceeded our expectations during the selling process. She patiently listed to my requirements for showings and agree to them all (and I severely limited when and how my house could be showed 🙂).
