Myron is excited about connecting people with properties in the Finger Lakes. Having bought and sold several properties of his own and also going through the renovation process on several homes, he sees the potential for a house to become a real home for a family.
Born and raised in Lancaster Co, PA, Myron moved to the Finger Lakes in 2000. Growing up on a dairy farm, he has a strong work ethic and will work hard to help you buy or sell your property. Integrity, trust and respect are foundational character traits that were built into him when he was very young, and continue to be life principles in the way he carries out business transactions today.
Myron and his wife, Joleen, run a successful vacation rental property management company, Linger Hospitality. Myron gets to hear firsthand from guests and lake-front property owners, how wonderful the Finger Lakes region is...which only confirms why he fell in love with the area over 15 years ago. Myron is passionate about sharing the beauty of the land, properties, houses and experiences that this area has to offer. He is looking forward to having a chance to help connect you with that perfect place, the one that makes you feel happy and at home.
Myron spent 15 years in construction management before starting Linger Hospitality and learned many business skills working with clients, lumber brokers and other contractors. He is proficient in knowing building code and new construction having worked with a team to build a successful modular home division.
When Myron has a few moments of spare time, he enjoys biking, hiking, and getting outdoors to explore corners of the Finger Lakes, new eateries and good wine (his favorite being a Dry Riesling). Myron and his family live on a small farmette overlooking Seneca Lake, so of course he loves to be out on the land with his kids, 2 crazy Weimaraners, and his 1953 Ford tractor.
Myron is also very involved and active in his local church, WellSpring Fellowship, and leading classes on personal finance.
