Our transaction with Myrna was far from normal. We were able to work through all the issues and get the job done and the property sold. She is very professional with high end property. She is a very experienced agent and is very creative in finding workable solutions. We never called or emailed her that we didn't get a response that day. My husband was a realtor for 25 years and I too had a real estate license in another state. Myrna was very patient in explaining how things were done differently here. Sometimes it is easier to deal with someone with no knowledge, but she handled our questions with grace. We would highly recommend her to our friends and family and would also use her in any transaction we might have in the future.
