Myrna came over the day I called her, she already pull up the stats in my area unlike others that said it would take a few days She gave me pointers on what I should do. I was working full time and the house was in disarray with packing, getting ready for yard sale and getting ready to move out of state. The day she listed I have 2 showing. Than the shut down started with the virus, She was very supportive and assured me the houses would sell once the home was vacated they could get back to showing the home with it empty. I was scared and her reassurance kept me in believing that it would happen. Well it did the home is sold, closed and the new owners have taken residency. During showing selling and opening of escrow I think I was a pest to her she was always there for me. She was encouraging-and very professional .
