I began working with Myrna 1.5 year ago in search of my forever home. I resided out of state. Myrna diligently collaborated with me throughout the entire house hunting process. Myrna was patient and she ensured that I was content working with her-I was. Finally, I decided on my forever home; during the course of this time, I experienced many roadblocks with the builder. I endured more than anyone should, when purchasing a new home. The experience should be a joyful time, but it was incredibly stressful. Prior to my arrival to FL, I sold my home, resigned my job and relocated to an AIRBNB until my house was to be completed one month after my arrival. Myrna helped me find a replicable AIRBNB. However, two days after my arrival to FL the builder/Lender told me that I no longer qualified for the home. Myrna, jumped in with the swiftness and introduced me to a replicable Lender in which I was fully qualified within 15 minutes. The builder changed my settlement date three times in that I had to remain in an AIRBNB for an additional 1.5 months. When I was uncertain if I could go on with the builder any further Myrna kept me thinking rationally during a very stressful process. When the builder suddenly stopped work on my house without notice Myrna, introduced me to the local Mayor so that I could voice my concerns. Myrna is more than a realtor; she is extremely connected in the community, she is smart, knowledgeable, professional and knows the community well. Myrna stayed by my side without wavering. Myrna cares about her clients and their well-being. She wants her clients to be fully satisfied with their housing needs and desires. Myrna did not treat me as a client she treated me like family. I cannot bestow enough accolades for what Myrna has earned and deserves. I owe so much to Myrna, and I will have to leave the rest to the Lord to give her the true riches.
