The way she presented the home was fantastic, great photos of the home that made it look better than I thought possible and also a very neat tool that created a 3D walk-through of the house. I think we got top dollar for our home and one of the highest returns in the neighborhood, all around a great experience. Myriam also helped us when buying a new home. It was a very competitive sellers market and she helped us work through building a home vs buying an existing home and made sure we didn't overpay for anything but also got a home that suited us. She dropped what she was doing to get us in to showings as soon as homes were on the market and even arranged for her co-workers to help us if she couldn't help us see a home right away. Ultimately we got the home we did because she was so ontop of her game and got us into a home before anyone else and before it was even on general real-estate websites.
