In early 2022, the housing market was about as cut throat as it gets. If you know, you know. I was a first time buyer and didn't know what to expect. Mykel was recommended by a coworker of mine. He looks out for his clients, he works hard, he's trustworthy and supportive. AND HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. He communicated well, kept me from going bonkers, and made it fun. Mykel is an outstanding real estate agent. His professionalism is remarkable. I was worry that “how am I going to sell the house while I’m overseas?” When I asked Mykel to sell my house, he make every step of the way transparent and be very patient to explain everything that’s happening. Mykel was extremely knowledgeable in the VA home loan process. This is my third time using the Va loan so I thought I knew all there was to know at this point but Mykel opened my eyes to a lot of new things regarding the loan. Very knowledgeable on rules/regulations as well and was able to de conflict possible issues with the sale before they came up. I will absolutely be using Mykel again when the time comes.
