This was my second time working with Mykah, and as with the first time, it was so easy. I was able to move out of state and trust Mykah taking care of selling my property.

Mykah helped us navigate a 1031 exchange over the course of a year. She was our buyer agent but provided good insight and advice for selling our other house too. This was a complex set of transactions for us as first time seller/buyers, and having Mykah on our team really made a huge difference in making all of the decisions we needed to make in how/when we sold the old house and then how to start looking when we were ready. This was in the crazy 2022 market when rates went from super low to the steady rate hikes over the summer and fall, so there was a ton of uncertainty and more than a little anxiety over what was going to happen when we closed escrow on the old house and the clock started ticking on the exchange timing. Timing is everything, as the phrase goes, and this was doubly true in our case. We found a new house while we were still in escrow on the old one, and we put in a bid (with a contingency on the sale of the old house). Over the course of about a week, with counteroffers and another competing buyer, we won the bid and are now happily moved into a new, wonderful home that surpassed our expectations for what we thought we would be able to get. There were a gazillion details involved in the transaction and Mykah was there every step of the way. She was always available to answer questions and provide advice. And while she of course didn't make any of the decisions that we had to make, her bedside manner was very helpful as we stressed and fretted our way through. After we closed escrow, Mykah was still available to answer questions and help with the transition. These little details don't make or break the sale but they do make a difference in lessening the overall burden and frustrations that are bound to come up in the process. Having the experience of working with two agents at the same time (our seller agent and Mykah) we can say with confidence that Mykah wins our 'best real estate agent' award hands down.
