My husband and I enlisted Myia Guinn's services in 2016 to sell one of our rental properties. At the time, the (occupied) property was being managed by another property management company that was less than amused that we would not be using their services to sell the home. Ms. Guinn went above and beyond to ensure that while we were required to meet the conditions of our contract with the property management company, we also were taking the appropriate steps to get the home ready for listing as soon as possible. She made recommendations on upgrades and repairs that would make the home more appealing to potential buyers. In addition, she provided us with a listing of vendors / contractors that were within our budget to get necessary repairs done on the home. While Ms. Guinn is undoubtedly personable, professional and responsive, I believe her biggest asset is her knowledge of the real estate market. My husband and I weren't exactly confident that the home would sell and, in turn, had a 'figure' in mind in terms of a sales price which was SIGNIFICANTLY LESS than what Ms. Guinn recommended. We went along with her recommendation and (privately) prepared ourselves for the possibility that we'd have to decrease the price substantially. Well, I'm here to say that our home was on the market for much shorter than we expected and Ms. Guinn was spot on with the sales price which was financially, wildly beneficial for us. I am not an 'easy' customer to please and Ms. Guinn truly knock it out of the park. She has secured her place as our family's 'go to' for our real estate needs and we will not hesitate to continue to recommend her services to our family and friends.
