Myca King

Myca King is AMAZING!! Me and my family had to move somewhere around the Denver area for my work. We lived in Fountain, CO and that was a long drive for me everyday. My wife found Myca King while searching for a realtor. We had to sell our house in Fountain and buy a house at the same time in the Denver area. So Myca and her team went to work right away. We got our house on the market, and the day of the open house we were out with Myca looking at houses to buy in the Denver area and her team called her and said we got an offer on the house with in 30 minutes of the start of the open house. Now I am sure not all open houses will go like that but they do an amazing job. We found a house in Aurora and got the bid, all seemed well, but mother nature threw some baseball size hail at our house in Fountain, less than a week and a half from closing, causing over $22,000 in damages. Thanks to Myca's knowledge and experience we were able to push the closing so we could get the major repairs done so they buyers would not have to worry about them. The repairs were done, the buyers were happy and we closed on both houses in one day, (that was a long day). We are very happy with the house we bought in Aurora, and would recommend Myca King and her team any day of the week. You are awesome Myca.
