We looked for a commercial building on our own for almost 2 years and we always came up short on our private search. The bank simply could not perform in the time they said they could and we needed Mundy to be the voice of reason for both sides of the transaction. I cannot express how grateful I am that he was with us during that transaction. Ultimately we closed, later than expected, and we have a fully operating massively successful location for our team. I have since referred Mundy to my family and friends and watched him help them in their transactions. Mundy is honest and hard working. He is the best realtor I have ever worked with.
