When I moved to San Diego in 2021, all my friends recommended to work with Mukesh for buying a home. Mukesh is a man of high integrity and is always upfront about the negatives of any property even though you might tell him that you like the place very much. Mukesh is great at what he does and simplifies your search by asking you to focus on certain neighborhoods and to avoid the not so good ones. Mukesh helped us buy home in San Marcos that fitted our budget and had the complete list of features we were looking for. His knowledge of the market and negotiation skills got our offer accepted in spite of not being the highest offer. He managed to make the seller agree to include all the appliances with the home sale. Process of closing escrow was very smooth with Mukesh's help at each step. He works very closely with you and is very quick to respond to your questions. Thanks to Mukesh our home buying experience was very smooth and easy in spite of the crazy seller's market.
