Working with Melanie and Gilbert Mulamba took alot of the stress and anxiety around buying my First home. Not only did they find the perfect townhouse in my budget, they were relentless in the negotiation of my closing deal which reduced my closing costs by the thousands. Additionally, I had only 3 weeks to go from finding a house to closing before I left for my vacation. Melanie and Gilbert along with their network of lenders, escrow officers and coordinators made sure we got the deal done so I could enjoy my extended vacation outside of the country. The process was so easy because I could rely on their 15+ years knowledge and experience and it seriously took alot of the stress around purchasing my first home. With their wealth of experience and network, they do so much more than just showing you a home and showing up to closing. I'm so glad I was able to work with them.
