My husband and I arrived in The Villages on June 24. We went to an open house on the 25th an met Ms. Gerrie. We told her we were interested in selling our home and she came by on the 26th and the MAGIC began. She had professional pictures taken on the 28th and the sale of our house hit the market on the 29th and BOOM. We had a signed contract within the next week and went to closing on July 20th.
