Her input was very data driven - not just assumption based. Her comparative market analysis gave us a great window for suggested selling price. She gave helpful tips for preparing our home for showings. Due to some remodeling we were doing, there was several months delay between when we first met with her and when we actually decided to list. She was extremely responsive the entire time even though we weren't actually clients of hers during those months. She remained extremely responsive before and after the sale. Once we listed, we were under contract within two days of listing. I know it is a hot market, but we are in a low sales volume area. Our last home took over two years to sell. She was able to explain and help understand everything through the buying process. She made sure to look up all houses she could find that fit what we described we wanted. She didn't try to rush us or pressure us into a house and asked several times if it was the one we wanted just to make sure we were happy with the decision. She was very nice.
