They explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions. My house went on the market on a Tuesday and the response by Wednesday was significant with many offers. I have another property that will be need to be sold at end of year/early the following year and I will definitely be utilizing Becky Ivins Movers Real Estate for ALL my needs. Judy, was very professional in the preparation and the listing of my home. Requests for visitations began arriving immediately and I received several offers on my home. She used multiple state of the art, web-based tools for the showings, offers and closing steps. It is important to ask questions if you are uncomfortable or unfamiliar with the tools employed to sell your home. The tools made everything go faster, though they were not always intuitive and sometimes just confusing. Everything got done quickly and the closing was very smooth.
