This is my second property with Moustafa and Mohamed, and I have nothing to say but positive about them. In my first property with them, they got me a qualified buyer with full asking price before even putting it in the market, and they managed the transaction very smoothly till closing. In this property, even though the market slowed down due to the increasing interest rates, they still managed to get me an offer above asking price in the first weekend of showings, but due to unexpected changes in the association status with lenders, the deal didn’t go through, and they still managed to get me a cash buyer for the property after re-listing it back in the market.
