We hired Moshe to help us sell our home this past summer,a t a time when the market was starting to slow. Moshe was transparent in setting our expectations with real data, and did not try to sell us on hype. Moshe created a tremendous campaign to ensure our home had the highest level of exposure and worked tirelessly to get it sold. Since, we had relocated, Moshe went above and beyond to ensure we received the best offer for our home. He helped us negotiate the offer, and worked very closely with us throughout the closing process. We are very happy we chose Moshe to sell our home, and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Moshe was very professional & has a wide variety of knowledge when it comes to Real Estate industry, whether you're a buyer or a seller. I have just sold our house with his help and I could not imagine how much hard work he put into the process especially during closing. He has high expertise in the industry and knows the market very well. He is very responsive and very accommodating. His negotiation skills was just the best and helped us sell our house without going through a short sale.
