Where to begin! I spoke with several local agents about listing my house and it just seemed that they looked at it as a commodity, but when I met Sheri and Janet it was a completely different story: they had already done a lot of homework about my house and its unique neighborhood before we met, and they showed a genuine interest and and enthusiasm about the prospect of listing it and they clearly were not looking at it as a commodity. The process from there went as smooth as silk, they walked me through the listing process, they arranged (on very short notice) for their amazing photographer to do a photo shoot on a Thursday and the very next day the house was listed and live on several forums with an absolutely incredible virtual tour and numerous showings were scheduled for the Saturday and Sunday of that weekend. From there, offers immediately came in and they diligenced every prospective purchaser (including talking to the lenders of those who had loan contingencies) and provided expert guidance in terms of reviewing and countering etc., and we very quickly nailed down and accepted an offer. As we worked through the escrow period and the contingencies, they were always available by phone to alert me to status and to answer any questions I had. It all just went incredibly smoothly. And the sale closed with no hiccups or surprises. They did a fantastic job and I cannot recommend them enough.
