Quick and efficient raw land sale!

I was very impressed with Moriah's very efficient handling of the recent sale of a piece of raw land in Boulder, Colorado. I had owned the land for a long time and since I wasn't making the improvements progress I'd originally planned, I had decided a couple years ago to sell it. Until I engaged Moriah, not only did I have to insist on a higher sale price than the agent suggested, there was no effective movement on the sale. Not only did Moriah recommend a sale price higher than the one I was insisting on (two years makes a difference!) but she handled all the paperwork and completed the sale within 45 days of our initial chat. She kept me informed about any requirement deadlines for me, as well as email updates about any inquiries and offers. She provided her opinion on opportunities worth pursuing as well as opinions I needed - especially for forms that were hard to comprehend. I cannot praise her ability to sell property in this area enough. Her level of engagement included time over the usual December holidays, which made the promptness of selling raw land even more incredible - during winter and when most are focused on family.
