If you have the incredible opportunity to work either Kelly or Moriah well then you may as well have just struck gold!!! Our experience with Kelly was one that we won't ever forget. As a first-time home buyer from outside the Nevada County area, all odds were against us, but we somehow got miraculously connected with Kelly, and man, were we grateful. She invited us in, provided countless local resources, helped us navigate the community, and just connected with us on a level that we weren't expecting from an agent/buyer relationship. We would happily encourage anyone out there to go with this mighty duo for all of your real estate needs. Our only downside was that we found and purchased our beautiful Nevada City home too quickly and we didn't get more touring time with Kelly. haha! What a wonderful experience that we are lucky to have had.
