This was the first home that I've ever sold so Morgan walked me through the process, helped me prep my home for walk-throughs and gave me tips on how to make my home more appealing. She also hired a professional photographer to make my home look amazing in the images on the MLS site. I had 3 full price offers within 24 hours of listing my home. Morgan also helped me find my new home. She sent me new listings daily and set up several showings. When we finally found our home she helped us negotiate the offer, get a few things fixed that came up in the inspection and assisted with the various steps to finalize the purchase of the home.
