We were very satisfied with how Morgan assisted us in selling our home. It was a hard decision to make to begin with. Morgan was sensitive to those factors and helped us not only with the technical aspect of selling a home but gave some emotional support that was needed as well. While she did not always have the answers up front, anything she was unsure of or did not know to be fact, she did her research and got back to us with confident and factual answers. Morgan was familiar with our specific areas so she was able to highlight some features of the home and community that we may not have thought of. When needed, she stood firm with the buyers agent to protect our contract agreement and personal decisions on what we could or could not compromise on. She was also a great resource for outside contractors/vendors for updates or modifications that would help the value and selling of the home. Morgan has passion regarding helping with the life change of selling a home and not just the technical/financial part of it. We were thankful for her warm demeanor and professional attitude, as well as, the knowledge she brought with her. We were able to move to our goal home/location due to this sale but if ever needed again, we would not hesitate to go with Morgan.
One of the things that impressed me most with Morgan was on our very first conversation surrounding selling my Momma's House (which she knew was a sensitive topic) is that she asked "How can I be praying for you during this process?". Morgan is and was thoughtful and intentional with every move she made surrounding the sell of my Mom's home and I am so grateful that she was the one that was handling it and now is helping my husband and I to find our forever home!
