I can't say enough great things about Morgan! This was my first time buying a house and Morgan made it a very enjoyable experience! It all started with a Starbucks meet and greet where Morgan took the time to understand what my interests were, how much I could afford and the areas of town I would be interested in living. After our meeting she started sending me properties and scheduling tours. After about 4 weeks I found my new construction townhome! There were a few mishaps with the builder and Morgan stepped in, negotiated, and advocated on my behalf. It was great to know someone was looking out for my best interest through this entire process that was so new and foreign to me. Morgan made this process a walk in the park from identifying the lender, closing attorney, home inspector, basically, I had to submit paperwork and show up to closing and Morgan had everything else worked out. She's incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions, came to all my inspections, meetings for the house and closing. She is so friendly, helpful and I feel like I won the jackpot in having her as my real estate agent! I'm truly blessed, love my new home, and I can't thank Morgan enough for everything! Thank you.
