I would consider my wife and I difficult clients in the fact that we were very specific & particular about what we were looking for. Midway through the process, Morgan was able to shift gears with us and what we were looking for… within a day of that shift, we had several properties to look at. With the market having very low inventory, we did not have high expectations, however, Morgan was able to send us a property that we ended up purchasing.
