Morgan is an incredible realtor! Not only is she a lovely human, she is knowledgeable, hardworking, honest, accurate and patient! Morgan sold my mother's home in Clinton. Prior to going on the market, Morgan had a recommended list of reliable and fair-priced contractors who were able to do the needed work in a timely manner. She is incredibly good at knowing where and what to spend money on and most importantly, what NOT to spend money on. Once ready to list, Morgan used a fantastic guy for photos and drone shots. The listing was beautiful and did the house justice. Morgan moved swiftly and was thorough with our listing. She took suggestions on what was important to us to include in the "About This Home" section of the listing. Once on the market, she was patient for the first few months when I asked that we list it higher than she recommended. She worked hard to sell it at the higher price and didn't pressure us to lower it. She held multiple open houses and was strategic on when to hold the house open in an effort to get the most traffic. She followed up with buyer agents and kept us updated on feedback. It is shocking how often you will reach out to a realtor and never get a call back. Morgan is the opposite of said realtors! She was in constant communication and swift to report back on questions. Once we went under contract, the process was seamless. We had a quick close and settled on a price that all parties were comfortable with. Oh, and a significant side note? The house closed the SAME week she delivered her first baby!! Energizer bunny, Morgan, never missed a beat! I wish there were adjectives beyond superb and extraordinary to describe Morgan, because she certainly deserves the highest of accolades.
