Morgan worked hard to make sure he attended to every detail to make sure our house was ready to sell. He set up a professional photographer and stager. Our house sold in a day for over the asking price. We had a 12 day escrow which went shockingly smooth. He used docusign which was a life saver as we were 100 miles away. He answered all texts and emails within minutes. He's a great realtor!

We were so luck to have found Morgan. We were looking to find a second home in Palm Springs and gave him some details of what we were looking to purchase. He had a couple of conference calls with us prior to our visit to Palm Springs where he explained some of differences in options of purchasing in the PS area that involve such things as indian land (lease) vs fee simple. He had sent us several listings for us to review before coming down and we gave him back the ones we felt we were interested in seeing. When he met us at our hotel he was very prompt and had all the properties lined up and scheduled to see. Even when a couple bumps beyond his control came up to make it to some properties, he was able to adjust the schedule so we could make it through many properties in our short visit. He handled everything very professionally even when the seller wasn't being cooperative and helped us negotiate a terrific deal on a great property. I would use Morgan again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for property in the Palm Springs area. He knows the market and area well, even helped us find the best local pizza place.

We were lucky enough to find Morgan Henris through an acquaintance. We were interested in buying a condo in Palm Springs while still keeping our home in San Francisco. So our trips to PS to start condo hunting needed a plan. We first emailed Morgan a wish list and then had a couple of phone conversations with him prior to our visit to look the first time. We made it clear to Morgan that we wanted to see as many properties in the first day as possible. Morgan picked us up promptly first thing in the morning and by lunch had shown us about 8-10 properties including both ones we had seen over the internet and ones Morgan selected based on our wish list. Right before lunch he took us to see a condo in a small complex called Center Court Club. We immediately fell in love with the condo. From there we had lunch and proceed to see a few more properties after lunch. But by 3:00 we went back to see the Center Court Club condo again and by that evening put in our offer. Morgan coordinated everything from our offer, counter off and final negotiations, being very conscientious along the way. We couldn't of asked for a better realtor.
