Selling 51 Rife Lane was a nightmare!

51 Rife Lane was a lot my in-laws left to their kids and heirs! The trouble with that is that once one of the kids die then you have to have death certificates, and if their kids were ever married more than once , you have to find divorce documents, and on and on it goes!! Morgan Hawkins is an example of a hard working realtor who continued to work with ALL of us to get the lot sold! It may have taken about 5 months, but with her tenacity and hard work, we finally got it done! We highly recommend Morgan and her company for any real estate you are looking to buy or sell! She is the best!!!
