Morgan has been an exceptional broker that has helped us sell our very unique property on a steep hill. It's 1.3 acres, the driveway can be scary, it's more than 2800 ft and although it has many updates like a new kitchen and new appliances, bathrooms have also been updated, new carpets, new hardwood floors, 60% of the windows still need to be replaced and our house does not have central air conditioning. So there are those challenges unique to the property that a lot of regular buyers would be particularly be concerned or immediately turned off.  Morgan made us feel confident that he could sell our home this summer. We have tried selling our home 3 years ago as well and to no avail it didn't sell. It was marketed incorrectly using very old school ways such as newspaper ads and only targeting local buyers instead of reaching out beyond our small town and into the city where potential younger buyers could be coming from. We have lived in this property for more than 24 years and without a doubt we are happy that the buyers he also brought over to our house also showed the exact same interest and excitement when they saw our house and property.
